Ezzoft ("Ezzoft", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you visit ezzoft.com (the "Site") or contact us about our consulting, training, and product services.
Our products (such as our healthcare, events, and digital-trust platforms) may have their own privacy policies. Where a product has its own policy, that policy governs your use of the product.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
The Site does not have accounts, sign-up forms, or payment pages. We collect personal information only when you choose to contact us, for example by emailing hello@ezzoft.com or scheduling a call. This may include your name, email address, phone number, company name, job title, and anything else you choose to share about your project or training needs.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, the servers that host the Site may automatically record standard technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and the date and time of your request. This information is used to deliver the Site, keep it secure, and diagnose problems.
We do not use analytics or advertising trackers on the Site, and we do not set our own cookies.
Third-party content
The Site loads content from the following third parties, which may receive your IP address and browser information when you visit:
- Google Fonts: to display the Site's typeface. See Google's Privacy Policy.
- Google Maps: an embedded map showing our office location. Google may set cookies and collect usage data when the map loads. See Google's Privacy Policy.
2. How we use information
We use personal information to:
- Respond to your inquiries and communicate with you about our services;
- Prepare proposals, deliver consulting and training engagements, and manage our client relationships;
- Operate, maintain, and secure the Site;
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
3. How we share information
We share personal information only as needed:
- Service providers who help us run our business (such as email, hosting, scheduling, and document tools) and who are permitted to use the information only to provide services to us;
- Our team across our offices in the United States and India, as needed to respond to you and deliver services;
- Legal and safety: when required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Ezzoft, our clients, or others;
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
4. International transfers
Ezzoft operates in the United States and India. Information you send us may be processed in either country, or wherever our service providers operate. We take reasonable steps to ensure your information is protected in line with this policy wherever it is processed.
5. Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above (for example, for the duration of a business conversation or client engagement, and afterwards as required for legal, accounting, or record-keeping purposes). We then delete or anonymize it.
6. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. These rights may arise under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), and the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@ezzoft.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on your request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
